- Hello, The Tie Dye Shack began at my children's elementary school. The arts at the LAUSD seemed to be suffering over budget cuts and we believe that art is an important asset for children to express themselves and show their talents through art. When children tie dye their shirts, there are no mistakes. Every shirt created by a child is a unique work of art that they created on their own and the children love it, teens and adults love to tie dye too. We offer Tie Dying events at reunions, company parties, retirement parties, and all other group events.
